Off Provincetown

This was a gouache painting of James on the yacht Forger at sunset, we were fortunate enough to be invited to stay on. It was one of the most beautiful boats I have ever seen. It was an old school wood craft, and the owners would sail it around and invite guests to fly to it. You can see the iconic lighthouse in the distance. Little sail boats would glide by and we’d wave a them. A great fun experience was having a crew member take us in the small rubber shore boat to the gay beach. The boat would pull up onto the sand onto the beach and we’d hop off and we felt very glam.
